We pack our glass with care and ship via reliable carriers with tracking. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders ship within 3-5 business days—custom pieces may take longer.
No Returns—But We’ve Got You
All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges, but if your piece arrives broken, we’ll replace it.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged:
Snap clear photos of the damage + packaging.
Email us at hello@petitsacs.com with your order number + photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Once confirmed, we’ll ship you a replacement at no cost.
